魚、青鳉魚卵黃蛋白原抗體注意事項(xiàng)；This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 卵黃蛋白原（Vitellogenin，VTG)是由卵生脊椎動(dòng)物肝細(xì)胞合成的一種復(fù)雜大分子蛋白，是由雌激素誘導(dǎo)在肝臟中表達(dá)的脂蛋白—卵黃蛋白的前體。成熟雌魚在體內(nèi)雌激素17β-雌二醇的刺激下由肝臟合成，經(jīng)過血液運(yùn)輸?shù)竭_(dá)卵巢并加工成卵黃蛋白。雄魚在正常情況下不合成這種蛋白，但受到雌激素（內(nèi)源或外源）刺激也可合成這種蛋白，由于沒有卵巢有效地清除VTG，雄魚血液中VTG濃度會(huì)升高。因此，通過檢測VTG含量可以反映外界化合物的類雌激素作用及作用效應(yīng)水平。 目前水生生物VTG已作為水中環(huán)境雌激素污染的重要生物標(biāo)志。用于檢測VTG的方法很多，包括：免疫組織化學(xué) ELISA法、色譜法、免疫印記、原位雜交等。

Function: This gene product is a member of the Vanin family of proteins which share extensive sequence similarity with each other, and also with biotinidase. The family includes secreted and membrane-associated proteins, a few of which have been reported to participate in hematopoietic cell trafficking. No biotinidase activity has been demonstrated for any of the vanin proteins, however, they possess pantetheinase activity, which may play a role in oxidative-stress response. The encoded protein is a GPI-anchored cell surface molecule that plays a role in transendothelial migration of neutrophils. This gene lies in close proximity to, and in same transcriptional orientation as two other vanin genes on chromosome 6q23-q24. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
